1. About L’AURA
These terms apply to your use of our website and online store. The store is operated by L’AURA AB (“L’AURA”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.
2. Purchases
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Any shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery & Risk
Orders are prepared and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days. Delivery time within the EU is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. Risk passes to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods, in line with EU consumer law.
4. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4a. Right of Withdrawal (EU/Sweden)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@mylaurahealth.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. card payments, Klarna, PayPal where available). You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details so we can process your order.
6. Use of the Website & IP
All content on this site is owned by L’AURA or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying or re-using content without permission is not allowed.
7. Third-party Services
Our store runs on Shopify and may link to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or of mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new orders from the date of publication.
10. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes may be brought before Swedish courts.
