Are L’AURA supplements vegan?
Yes. All our formulas are 100% vegan, including the liposomal carriers.
Do your supplements contain sugar, gluten, soy, or GMOs?
L’AURA products contain no added sugar and are free from gluten, soy, and GMOs. They are lightly sweetened for taste, with xylitol – never with added sugar.
Can I take Cycle Flow and Glow Elixir together?
Yes. They are designed to complement each other. Each supports different areas and can be safely combined in your daily routine.
When should I start taking Cycle Flow?
Cycle Flow is designed for women with a regular or irregular monthly cycle who want to support hormonal balance, energy, and focus.
Can I take Cycle Flow if I’m on the pill or have an irregular cycle?
Yes. The nutrients in Cycle Flow are safe and suitable for most women, regardless of cycle regularity or contraceptive use. It’s always good to consult your healthcare provider if you’re unsure.
Can I take Cycle Flow during perimenopause?
Yes. Cycle Flow is ideal as long as you still have a cycle. It supports hormonal activity, mood, and energy through natural fluctuations.
Who is Glow Elixir for?
Glow Elixir is designed for anyone who wants to support healthy skin, hair, and nails from within. It’s especially beneficial if you’re looking for a clean, high-absorption alternative to collagen powders or capsule supplements.
Does Glow Elixir contain collagen?
No. Glow Elixir doesn’t contain collagen or animal-derived ingredients. Instead, it supports your skin’s own collagen formation and protection through Vitamin C, E, Zinc, Biotin, Lycopene, and Hyaluronic Acid. All in a clean, liposomal format for high absorption.
How should I take the supplements?
Take 2 ml in the morning using the pipette. Place directly in the mouth. Store cold and dark to preserve quality.
Can I mix it with other drinks or food?
We recommend not mixing the supplement in drink or food. Liposomal formulas are designed to be taken directly in the mouth. This keeps the tiny liposomes intact so your body can absorb the nutrients effectively. Mixing with hot or acidic drinks can damage the liposomes and reduce absorption.
Can I take L’AURA supplements on an empty stomach?
Yes, the liposomal format is designed to be gentle and can be taken with or without food. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, you may prefer taking it with breakfast. Some people notice mild discomfort when taking supplements on an empty stomach, especially when first starting.
How long does a bottle last?
Each bottle contains 60 ml. At 2 ml per day, one bottle lasts 30 days.
What does liposomal mean and why does it matter?

Where are the products made?
All L’AURA supplements are developed and produced in partnership with GM Priority Pharma in the UK. A certified manufacturer specializing in liposomal formulations.
How should Glow Elixir be stored?
Glow Elixir is best stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. The product does not require refrigeration.
Why can the consistency feel slightly different over time?
Glow Elixir contains hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring ingredient whose texture can vary slightly depending on temperature and handling. This is completely normal and does not affect the product’s quality or performance. For the best experience, we recommend using the product at room temperature.

When will you launch?
L’AURA will be available from January 2026, with shipping across Sweden and most EU countries from day one.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Sweden, the Nordic region, and most EU countries.
Orders are dispatched from Stockholm.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all our orders.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are packed with care in Stockholm and shipped via trusted courier partners such as PostNord or DHL. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of supplements, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products with the seal intact. You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (for unopened products only).
