Right of Withdrawal & Returns

If you are shopping as a consumer within the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to hello@mylaurahealth.com and include your order number and the products you wish to return.

  2. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  3. Return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

  4. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements cannot be returned.

  5. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  6. Returns are only accepted after you have contacted us and received instructions.

Complaints

We follow Swedish consumer law and the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or if the product otherwise does not comply with the agreement, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Please contact us at hello@mylaurahealth.com within a reasonable time (preferably within 14 days).

Describe the issue and attach a photo if possible. We will cover the shipping costs for approved complaints.
