Shipping
We currently ship within Sweden, the Nordic region, and most EU countries.
Orders are dispatched from Stockholm and processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Delivery times
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Nordics (DK, FI, NO, IS): 3–5 business days
- EU: 5–7 business days
Delivery times refer to the period after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped from Sweden using trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across the EU.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all our orders.
Returns & Complaints
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
This policy ensures product integrity and customer safety.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mylaurahealth.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
For unopened and unused products, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as described in our Terms & Conditions
Complaints:
If a product is defective, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.
Please contact hello@mylaurahealth.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll help you resolve it.
Uncollected parcels
Parcels that are not collected will incur an administrative fee of 149 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.
